Break-time


It's been a while since I visited my web-page. A LOT of things have happened since my last update here. I had to deal with many stressful situations, both at work and in my personal life. My point, and I do have one, is that everyone will experience problems or barriers, and that is okay and normal. What is most important is to not lose sight of your end-goals. Sometimes, you just need a break. Take that break. Go on a vacation. Delegate responsibilities to others when you can. Give yourself understanding and recognize you do NOT have to do everything or be perfect.


Get that massage. Take that hike, walk, run or bike ride. Read a book for fun! Go to yoga. Breathe and regenerate. We are no good to anyone else if we are no good to ourselves. Be well.
